We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), and the Service is not provided under any financial services licensing regime.
The signals, data, scores, indices, and outputs provided through the Service ("Output Data") are for informational and analytical purposes only. You must not rely on Output Data as the sole basis for any financial, investment, insurance underwriting, pricing, reserving, or business decision.
Output Data is derived in part from publicly available market data, including data sourced from Yahoo Finance and other third-party providers. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to revision. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data.
Past performance of contagion signals, including backtested results, is not indicative of future performance. Backtested results have inherent limitations, including the benefit of hindsight and potential survivorship bias. Live performance may differ materially from backtested performance.

To access paid features, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST for Australian clients). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card or payment card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your nominated payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@cascadeanalytics.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
We may offer free pilot or trial periods at our discretion. At the conclusion of any pilot or trial, you will be required to subscribe to a paid tier to continue using the Service.
All content, data, algorithms, models, software, trade marks, logos, and design elements comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Cascade Analytics or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
Our proprietary contagion detection algorithms, signal processing methodologies, and parametric trigger frameworks constitute confidential trade secrets. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or data models of the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)):
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cascade Analytics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3 (Financial Data Disclaimer), 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the website and, where practicable, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals therefrom.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at contact@cascadeanalytics.ai. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal resolution.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cascade Analytics in relation to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
